Trees are some of the oldest living organisms on our planet. While they seem plentiful and their passive nature makes them easy to ignore, this would be a big mistake. Not only would one be missing out on their inherent beauty, but they would also be making a grave mistake as the future of life on our planet is intertwined with the future of trees and plant life. Through this project, which utilizes different mediums of photography along with photographic processes, I hope to demonstrate the organic beauty of plant life and specifically the beauty and persistence of trees.
